You all know that we love bhukkad gali near CEPT. So here we show you our love and bring to you “Fresco Pizza.”

Fresco Pizza is a wagon by Manish Kamdar and his wife Tejal. CityShor visited them last weekend and fell in love with their food.

We tried their… Ravioli, Pasta Arrabiata, Pasta in Pesto and Fresco special pizza. And we really don’t need to say that it was wonderful.

Manish’s wife loves to cook, so they came up with an idea to open a wagon. They bake their own pizza base daily. It’s totally hand tossed, very thin and crispy. You’ll be happy to know that it has fewer calories than readymade bakery pizza base.

Not just the base but also they make their pizza sauce with the best tomatoes & Italian herbs. Their barbeque masala paneer, fresco pizza (Five topping pizza) and golden veggies (corn lovers) are something you can’t miss!!! BTW, they specialize in Ravioli.

The awesomeness in the taste is because they use cow cheese. So try their food once and you would love to visit them again and again.

Not to worry about the price as the dishes start from Rs. 60 and go upto only Rs. 110

Time: 7 to 11:00

Address: Fresco Pizza Bhukkad Gali, in the lane next to CEPT,
Off University Rd,
Ahmedabad.

Aura may be a new restaurant in Ahmedabad but definitely has the taste & service that comes only with experience. It is a better bet among the new restaurants in Bopal, given that it serves a variety of Mexican, Indian, Chinese and Italian tasty dishes. The ambiance of Aura Restaurant is perfect for a family day out.
We loved the food at Aura Restaurant but the best one that we will remember for days is a starter called Stuffed Crostini.
Look out for these dishes at Aura Restaurant primarily when you order there :
  • Broccoli almond Soup : Sautéed onion and garlic in paste made from broccoli and almond.

  • Stuffed crostini: Mini Burger stuffed with bell-pepper, broccoli, corn, chili flakes and baked cheese.

  • B.M.C : Sautéed onion garlic mixed with mushroom and baby corn tossed in white sauce mixed with corrinder paste served with herbed rice.

  • Butter chilly garlic noodles: Boiled mixed vegetables tossed with fresh noodles and garlic fried in butter sauce.

  • Mexican tit bits – spicy Mexican rice cooked with rajma etc; served with red curry with crunchies sprinkled over it.

Cost for two : 550-600 (soup to dessert)
